Today we’re going to talk about personalizing the customer experience to increase loyalty in a world increasingly mindful of consumer data privacy.

To help me discuss this topic, I’d like to welcome Lisa Routel, Marketing Strategy Lead, Verizon Up.

About Lisa Routel

Lisa is a results-oriented, collaborative, and analytical strategy and marketing professional with experience in the telecom, automotive, entertainment, and retail industries. In her current role, Ashley works as a Marketing Strategy Lead at Verizon, where she is a part of the Verizon Up Strategy Team. Prior to Verizon, She has worked at such iconic brands as Jaguar Land Rover, HBO and Burberry.

Ashely is a frequent public speaker who is featured on top-ranked podcasts, as well as panel discussions/speaking opportunities at conferences and elite academic institutions.

Ashley earned an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, and continues to be involved with the school as an alumna. Currently, she is the Vice Chair and an Executive Committee Member of the NYU Stern Alumni Chapter of NJ, and has been a Committee Member of the SWIB (Stern Women in Business) Alumnae Group. Before her career transition into strategy and marketing, she was a research scientist at Pfizer (formerly Wyeth), and hold a patent and publication for research discoveries. Finally, Ashley is a strong supporter of #Mindfulness, and she incorporates the practice into her life and share it within her professional and personal communities.
