S3 | Episode 146: Building a Customer-Centric Organization with Ilenia Vidili

About the Episode

Today we’re going to talk about building a customer-centric organization, and how to balance profits, technology, and culture while doing so. To help me discuss this topic, I’d like to welcome Ileniah Vidili, Customer Experience Advisory and Author of the book, Journey to Centricity.

About Ilenia Vidili

I am a passionate customer experience advisor, author, entrepreneur and keynote speaker.

I believe that if business leaders, executives and entrepreneurs consider the importance of putting the people at the centre of their organisations we would have better companies and therefore a better business world. I want to see a brighter future where companies have a bigger purpose, an empathic human touch and take their social responsibility seriously.

As a speaker I give talks and workshops internationally on embracing customer centricity as the key that unlocks the future of businesses. I have been inspiring and advising business leaders and C-level executives of the likes of CocaCola, Savills and Harrods.

As an entrepreneur I am the proud founder of The Smarter Crew, an innovative customer experience consultancy company helping businesses understanding the importance of their customers.

As an author my new book ‘Journey to Centricity’ will share my powerful framework on how to create a customer-centric model that enhances customer relationships as well as increasing revenue.
