About the Episode

Today we’re going to talk about how large organizations can become and stay more agile by adopting a gig or project-based approach internally. To help me discuss this topic, I’d like to welcome Edie Goldberg, founder of E.L. Goldberg & Associates, and author of the book, The Inside Gig.
