The customer experience continues to be a key point of competition among brands today, and those that can provid more personalized content, offers, and overall experiences are pulling ahead. But businesses cannot close the digital experience gap and meet their customers' expectations if they do not have a thorough understanding of how customers are navigating their digital platforms.

Today we’re going to talk about how how marketers should be thinking about utilizing AI and marketing and/or CX in the months ahead.

About Asim Zaheer

Asim brings over 20 years of experience working at large enterprises and early-stage start-ups in the technology sector. Asim held CMO and SVP roles during ten years at Hitachi, Ltd., helping lead a multibillion-dollar portfolio of data infrastructure, analytics, cloud, and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for Hitachi Vantara and Hitachi Data Systems. Earlier in his career, Asim attained extensive start-up experience in marketing leadership roles with software companies Archivas and Storability, both resulting in acquisitions. His work has been featured in numerous publications, including Harvard Business Review and The Economist. Asim holds an MBA from the University of Hartford and a B.S. in marketing from the University of Connecticut.
